By accessing our website or booking an experience at Cleared For Takeoff, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and participants using our facilities and simulator equipment.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the terms in effect at the time of your booking will govern your experience.

Bookings and Cancellations

All simulator sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your desired time slot.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, though we may offer rescheduling at our discretion depending on availability.
• No-shows will forfeit their booking and payment in full.

Health, Safety and Conduct

Our simulator cockpits provide a highly realistic and immersive environment. To ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone, participants must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Participants must follow the instructions of our flight instructors at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a session if a participant appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibits disruptive behavior.
• Certain medical conditions (e.g., severe motion sickness, epilepsy, or heart conditions) may be aggravated by the visual and physical sensations of the simulator. Please consult your physician before booking if you have any concerns.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a voucher expires, it may be extended for an additional fee, subject to our approval.
